In addition to the competition pieces, rosemaled objects as large as tables and cupboards and as small as Christmas ornaments were beautifully displayed and available for purchase. 100s of rosemaled items were sold. Included in the sale were items painted by beginners through professional painters.
Other Show and Sale features were: the raffle of a porriger rosemaled by Rhoda Fritsch, rosemaling demonstrations, and a coffee shop, Kaffekos, where tasty, home-made Norwegian bakery items were enjoyed.
On June 19th the Daily Herald published a front page article covering the INRA Rosemaling Show. Staff Writer Rhonda Sciarra titled her informative article, "Swedish Days makes room for Norway with rosemaling exhibit"
